I have a force of Medieval figures in 28mm.  Mainly they are 25mm Essex figures for the Hundred Years War.  I have forces for the English and the French armies with some Scottish allies and  they can be used for the various skirmishes and wars between the Barons and their retinues.  .

The last battle we did was some time ago using Impetus.  I have recently purchased Deus Vult and will be using those for a forthcoming battle.  This will be an apocryphal battle set in Gascony during the reign of Edward I.  Towards the end of his reign in the late 13th Century Edward did plan a war against the French King Philip IV after he declared Gasconty forfeit to the French crown in 1294.  Edward was Philip’s Vasssal for his lands in Gascony but as a King in his own right this had always been a cause of trouble between the two nations.

This will therefore be the Battle of Auch which is in Gascony.

I have made up some card backs for Deus Vult: deusvultcardbacks.
